J L iyji Jumler Six The sixth annual Ki-Yi Day was held on October 4. Events which consisted of the Coronation Cere- mony and Snake Dance began Thursday evening. Phyllis Baseman, Princess of 1957, returned to place the headbands on Larry Moran and Joyce Flanders. Friday was the big day when Chief Larry and Princess Joyce lead the parade down main street to the football field where the Redmen downed Fedora 38-19. A banquet was held in the Parish Hall at 6:30 for alumni, football players, and seniors. Concluding Homecoming Day activities was the dance in the school gym. Immediately after the Coronation Ceremony Phyllis Baseman, Trudy Schlicht, Wally Wells, Chief Larry Moran, Princess Joyce Flanders, Fred Hagman, Mary Merriman, attendants, along with Denny Reider, Bill Baughfman, Dick Hopper, Den- ny McCoy, Jim Paulson, and Bob Hopper pose for their pictures before leaving for the Snake Dance.
