Junior Class Activities Mr. F. C. Fisher, being assisted by John Rauch, Is conducting a demonstration In Physics class. Barbara Hendrick demonstrates Art Work for the paper as Glenda Gross, T. R. Brlsblne and Joan Brewster look on. The girls of the Junior class are shown during the skit they presented at the High School Christ- mas party. Miss Chesley was in charge of the program. Mrs. Reuben Bezpaletz demonstrates cake decorat- ing to Kathleen Budde and Marilyn Witt In Home Ec III. The Junior class Is pictured above during their study period in English III class. Pictured above are: John Rauch, Jerry Klaas and Gene Ashby working on their projects In Mechanical Drawing class. Pictured below are some of the Junior girls in Typing I class. Pictured at left is the Junior class float that captured first prize in the Homecoming Pa- rade. The theme used for the float was taken from the pop- ular song, Whispering, Shifting Sands.

Junior Class Play Marion Hegg and Phyllis Baseman leaving on their vacation. John Rauch poses as a wooden Indian while Tom Brisbine and Terry Beddow look on. - My Little Oscar. a three act comedy was presented by twelve W. H. S. Juniors on Friday, April 13. Seven girls and five boys made up the cast. They are from Left to Right, front row; Pat Parsons (Mrs. Odessa Ferguson) a wealthy woman who collects Indian relics. Marllynn Gutzmer (Betty Eastman) a breezy and talkative girl. Joan Brewster (Vicki Piper) a youthful ball of fire in her early teens. Shirley Flanders (Miss Todd) an en- ergetic and attractive woman in her 30's or 4Q's. Phyllis Baseman (Stella Piper) wife of Webster Piper. Back row: Barbara Hendrick (Jean Sterling) an attract- ive high school senior. Terry Beddow (Hal Russell) a vigor- ous, persuasive high school boy. Marion Hegg (Webster Piper) a hard working business man. John Rauch (Dudley Ferguson) who appears to be distressingly cultured and intellectual. Tom Brisbine (Andy Piper) a popular youth of seventeen. Mary Jane Ferguson (Daisy Laverne) a loud voiced, swaggering and somewhat uncultured woman of fifty, took this photograph. The play was under the direction of Mr. F. E. Fisher and Audrey Brown served as prompter. Shirley Flanders, Mary Jane Ferguson, Barbara Hendrick and Marllynn Gutzmer discuss a future fashion show. Miss Chesley puts make up on Joan Brewster while Mary Jane Ferguson looks on. Mr. Fisher-Director, making up Jerry Klass. Joan Brewster astonishes Pat Parsons with her messy make up while Jerry Klass adoringly looks on. Tom Brisbine and Terry Beddow in their own original creations. Audrey Brown—Prompter.
