To the Graduating Class:
You have now reached a stage of maturity and ability that will enable
you to meet your problems with a clear mind, a strong body, and a
resolute will to succeed. Remember that work intelligently done is an
honorable thingf that it is not so much the character ot the work you
do, but rather t e character you put into your tasks that is important.
Your ideal shou d be to love your work, and to see in your work oppor-
tunity to serveg,o look upon your work as a blessing, to approach your
task each day ith ioy and with the determination to make that day's
work one tille with accomplishment and successg to meet each new
day as a challenge to develop your skills and understandings and your
power to dog to realize that in all your work there is dignity in just the
ratio to the pride and ettort you put into it. Work leads to success
which will give you the rewards in personal satisfaction, recognition,
and worldly goods that you deserve.
