L I E The keynote in Wilson basketball for 1955 was new faces, both in players and in the coaching department. All but one member of the l954 varsity squad had graduated, and the coach had also departed. The new mentor, Mr. Gordon IBudI Naslund, steered his inexperienced crew to a four win-six loss record and a fourth place loop finish. Vic Diamond, the lone returned monogrammer, sparked the sophomore-iunior packed lineup by scoring a total of l35 points in I0 league games. He was named to the leogue's second team. Other regulars were Larry Kraus, who had the team's best free throw average C63 per centl Joe Rivera, Jim Garcia, and Bob Ashford.
