In the living drama of California, the mule teams played an important scene. Wilson's drama groups played a hero's role in campus lite in 1949-50, providing entertainment for the rest ot- the school and getting a foundation for further dramatic training. This year saw the first three act play to be presented in several years. The colossal Gas- light Varieties presented the panorama of California, from the days of its Indians, through Spanish rule, pioneer days, and the Gay 9O's . This extravaganza, given to raise money for band uniforms, brought together the combined talents of the music drama, art, English, home economics, and industrial departments. I ROMANCE-Marilee Barrett and Alan Page hold hands in a tender scene from Married At Sunrise as Nancy Ragan, Marilyn Rolniclr, Joan Marion, and John Shambra stare their sentiments.
