On a grassy spot near a cool stream of water the train, mules and muleteers alike, ate and slept near a cozy campfire. Day's end now draws near for the Seniors of 1950, and they are looking eagerly towards their tomorrow. The day is over, but the journey is not.

I S L 9 -' 'f CENTENNIAL OFFICERS-Spurring the W'50 class onward to provide happy memories of its Senior Aye term were Chuck Luciano, president, Beulah Agu- lian and lrvin Berger, vice-presidents, Sheila Garrett, secretary, and Grace Zimowslci, treasurer. 28 CENTENNIAL SEALBEARERS-These happy graduates received gold seals on their diplomas to signify at least four semesters' membership in the Scholarship Society: Marilyn Canter, Sylvia Rawson, Murray Via, Diana Larson, Dorothy Hensen. Upholding the observance of our state's Centen- nial, the class of Winter '50 celebrated 100 years of California growth by choosing the name of Centennials. Graduating iust one century after California's admission to the union, the members of this,class took their places in the California life which their namesakes made possible. Led by President George Luciano, the Centennials had a rip-roaring picnic, a lovely senior tea and play, and a delightful prom.
