Reporters Interview Different People The requirements for becoming a HERALD re- porter inelude being a journalism student and the ability to find news and to write it in an interesting manner. A subject is assigned to each reporter, and his story is approved by the sponsors, Mrs. Case and Mrs. Wilson, before being printed. Reporters on the HERALD Staff have a chance to become editor alter serving for one year. Woodlawn HERALD Reporters help the HER- ALD Editorial Stafl' in getting the paper published and promoting student interest in the school.

Staff Spends Hours Working On Herald To publish the HERALD and contribute school news to local newspapers is the purpose of this orga- nization. This year's editorial staff published eight papers. Much time is spent publishing all of the news ofthe school so that every student will be informed. If The Woodlawn HERALD Editorial Staff has elev- en members and is under the direction of Mrs. Case and Mrs. Wilson. Each member of the staff is responsible for selling tho pai- pers to the rooms in their section when the HERALD is published each month.
