Pep sessions, assemblies highlight year Assemblies and pep sessions highlighted the year for the student body. The Student Coun- cil sponsored the assem- blies. These assemblies included singer John Daniel Tate and John C. Jarboe, the star of the original production of Jesus Christ Superstar. The Twosome Transfer presented William Shakespeare ' s The Tam- ing of the Shrew. One of the assemblies, The Aces with their motto, The skies the limit, was canceled due to the weather and illness. The cheerleaders and IV Myers sponsored the oep sessions. The thirty minute pep sessions in- cluded the cheerleaders performing and leading cheers and acting out skits to back the Warriors for a victory.
