Jim Hugill, President Janice Painter, Vice-Resident Mr. Keller, Advisor Shirley Anderson, Secretary Phyllis Roberts, Treasurer STATION KPTVWHS CHANNEL '53 SEARCH FOR TOMORROW Cast! Miss History and Mr. Will Music: When You and I Were Rocks Scene: A senior class sitting on stage awaiting the reading of the will. Two of them are reminicing. Miss History: Geel Do you remember how scared you were the first day you and the other 85 freshman walked into the auditorium of the old high school and sat waiting for your instructions on what to do? Mr. Will: Yes, and then not too long after that we had a meeting of the freshman class and chose Bob Withers as president, Delmar Wolf was Vice-President, Dollie Cummings was Secretary, and Willard Thompson was Treasurer. Miss History: Those class meetings were fun weren't they? Remember when we had the meeting and decided to have a school dance? The dance was a lot of fun but I think the annual picnic topped everything. Good old Blue Lakel Boyl Wasn't it funny when Bob and Willard tipped over their canoe? What an appetite boating can create. Mr. Will: Our .sophomore year was much more exciting not having to go to the old school but all 69 of us coming to a snappy new one. Miss History: We didn't have too much luck that year did we--going in the hole on that skate at Kaiser Holler Drome? Mr. Will: Yea, but do you remember we did pretty well on that box social we had. We did well enough to have a swell picnic at Blue Lake again. Everyone was merry and happy until Sam lost Janice's hat. 11
