S l I l t 1-I Iunior Class In the fall of '44 eighty freshmen stepped inside the doors of Woodburn High School. The officers that were elected were Larry Hildreth, presi- dent, lim Gay, vice-presidentg Ardell Ftudi, secretary-treasurer, Bob Hall, sergeant-at-arms, Charles Gregory and Eleanor Moen, interclass rivalry chairmen. Mr. Kenneth Thompson was their adviser. The Freshmen-Senior reception and the Hook picnic highlighted this Freshmen year. ln the fall of '45 with the able advisership of Miss Hopkins, they chose the following officers: lim Gay, president, Irvin Zastoupil, vice-president, Connie Coons, secretary, Rita Halter, sergeantuat-arms: Delores Hatha- way and Bob Hall, interclass rivalry chairmen, Hazel Engle and Gordon Kadramas, Student Council representatives. Main events of the year were a Sophomore skate and the annual class picnic.
