Dedication if For fifty years Dr. Thomas H. Legg has traveled all hours of the day and night, in all kinds of weather, to care for the people of our community. Because of his unselfish service for over a half a century it is our desire to dedicate the final yearbook of Elmer A. Wolfe High School to him. Not onlyhas he been a fine physician and an active member of many medical groups but he has broadened his field of service to be a member of the County Board of Education several times, and has served as Mayor of Union Bridge. Some of the members of the Class of 1959 were brought into the world by Dr. Legg. Many of us have sought his care. He has made a lasting contribution to our community. We are pleased to honor him. gn 19
