Emphasis On Physical And Mental Development
Early April marked the beginning of strenuous practice sessions for the members
of the Girlis Softball team. A month of calesthenics proved beneficial to the girls
both physically and mentally.
Co-captains Irene Campbell and Mary Finn provided the initial spark necessary
for a good performance both at the plate and on the field.
Budding underclassmen are sure to develop a promising team for the coming
years, despite the loss of many retiring seniors.
