Raising funds to support Churchill's next foreign stu- dent and making the current visitor feel at home is the purpose of the International Relations Seminar, but members often find themselves involved in local seminars and the activities of the American Field Service. During Fiesta Week, the organization helps host foreign students from around the state who visit San Antonio, Cris Ramirez, the 1971-72 student from Chile, participated in IRS events including Trick-or- Treating for funds, car washes and foreign food and bake sales.
