Guest speakers included Governor Bruce Babbitt. Sec. of State Rose Mofford. Flagstaff mayor Paul Babbitt, and John Wettah. Rita Lewis. La Rita Wilkins, and Donna Graybeal were the 1982 Girls State electees. Donna Graybeal, alternate, was a last minute fill-in when La Rita could not make it. It was held at (J of A on June 8-14.
