Freshmen enjoyed the different chores given to them by the upper classmen, but not as much as the upper classmen enjoyed them. Initating the freshmen into high school is taken on by the upper classmen during slave week at WHS. The freshmen are sold to the upper classmen who bid the highest for the service of die student purchased. They are given various kinds of orders which they had to obey. If they did not follow an order given they were sentenced to face the punishments issued by the Kangaroo Court. Events included during the initiation were the Peanut Race and Banana Race.
