JR. CLASS PLAY This year the Jr. class chose Up the Down Staircase , as the play for 1972. This play involves a school teacher's first experience in teaching. She finds the students to be somewhat insolent. The pupils have no intention of letting Miss Barrett enjoy her teaching. Although the students try their best to destroy Miss Barrett's will for teaching, she still struggles with them. Miss Barrett wins her battle with the students. The students become both learners and friends. 16
