Falcons Fall To Greenies 0-73 Dump Giport 13-0 Marked by outstanding defensive Work by the Fal- cons the Vicksburg game was a thriller to the last minutes of the game. It was an even battle with neither team scoring until the closing moments when the Greenies recovered a Wingfield fumble and scored a few plays later to take a 7-0 victory. Scoring the second time it had the ball the spirited Wingfield team defeated the Gulfport East Vikings by a score of 13-0. Gary Thrash swept the right end in the first quarter for the first touchdown and Jimmy Jackson, behind the blocking of the right side of the line, bullied his way to pay dirt for the final score. Guard Harold Winborne makes a crowd-pleasing tackle Fullback Jimmy Jackson C313 crashes to within inches of the goal line. Danny Slay carries pigskin with good form. 73
