P. E. Program Strives To Produce Healthy Young Adults 'iAll right, boys, lift those feet six inches off the ground! These are words often heard resounding from the boys' side of the gym by Coach Buddy Bounds. The Physical Education Department strives to increase the strength and endurance of Wing- fieldis boys. Working to help the girls achieve ten push-ups by the end of the year, Miss Moore and Miss Craig seem to stay busy. In addition to exercises they lead the girls in such sports as volleyball, basket- ball, softball, and the all-time favorite, jumping rope. The physical education program's high goal of producing healthy young adults is achieved through the efforts of these capable instructors. MR.
