'aMath is FUN! Math Encourages Learning Math, the mother of all other sciences, is an im- portant part of the Curriculums of all Wingfield students. The Mathematics Department of Wingfield, under the direction of Mrs. McKee, offers a variety of courses ranging from Basic Math to Accelerated Math. While stu- dents in Basic Math are learning the fundamentals of mathematics, those taking Accelerated Math are prepar- ing for college calculus. The new math is still keeping teachers, as well as students, studying and trying harder than ever to master it. Each mathematics course offered is designed to fit the future needs of any student and it is the aim of every teacher to convey to each student the pleasure and challenge of mathematics.
