gf in -V MISS DARLENE DYAR, 1967 Homecoming Queen Homecoming Highlights Season Wingfield's victory over Brookhaven on October 27 was punctuated by the Fal- cons' first Homecoming Court, which was presented by the band at half-time. Seven of the prettiest girls in Jackson were es- corted onto the field as their school- mates watched from the stands. Excitement mounted slowly until the climax, when Miss Darlene Dyar was crowned Queen of the Homecoming Court by last year's queen, Jackie Guess. Following the game the homecoming fes- tivities were continued into the night with a dance for students at Shady Oaks Coun- try Club. The 1967 Homecoming Court
