Fran Horfon CLEM MONTOYA LINDA WOMACKS Fran's endless energy and overflowing personali- fy will long be remembered by fhe sfudenfs of Winfield High School. She gave of her many falenfs and energy fo fhe Order of Rainbow.. Pep Club, and Firsf Bapfisf Church. Fran's many hours of pracfice and long devofion fo bafon fwirling was guife evidenf when she marched on fhe field wifh fhe band. Fran was born June 4, I945, in Longview, Wash- ingfon. She and her family had lived in Winfield since I95I. Fran died on fhe evening of December 6, l962. During Clem's years af WHS he confribufed greafly fo afhlefics. His glowing personalify seemed fo reach everyone. He was very congenial and dis- played an incomparable sense of humor. Clem possessed a greaf desire for foofball and provided fierce compefifion for his compefifors, in spife of his lack of size. He was a regular sfarfing varsify player in his Junior and Senior year. He played offensive guard, defensive end, and line baclcer. He could gef along wifh everyone and did his very besf in mosf fhings he fried fo accomplish. His special inferesfs were foofball, swimming, and dafing. He was a member of fhe Cafholic Church and a member in CYC. Clem was born July IO, I944, and died December IO, I962. He will always be in our memories as a greaf liffle guy who confribufed his all fo afhlefics. When Linda's name is menfioned a person re- members her beaufiful smile and her expressive eyes which were an infegral parf of her radianf personali- fy. Une of her favorife hobbies was wafer slciing and swimming. She affended fhe Firsf lvlefhodisf Church and was an acfive member of fhe Order of Rain- bow Girls, fhe Pep Club, and fhe Fufure Home- malcers of America. Linda was born on December 25, I945, and lived her enfire life in Winfield unfil her deafh on fhe evening of December 6, l962. The memory of Linda's shorf buf fruifful life will always linger in The mind of her family and friends. 6
