I. William LaBelle, Headmaster Mr. LaBelle was appointed headmaster in 1988. A native of Massachusetts, Mr. LaBelle attended the University of Massachusetts and Massachusetts State College. After receiving his baccalaureate degree, he taught science at Trinity-Pawling School, where he also coached soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse and served as a dormitory master and Director of Athletics. For the fifteen years immediately preceding his appointment at Winchendon he was Assistant Headmaster and Dean of the Academy at Wilbraham and Monson Academy. Mr. LaBelle currently teaches Biology and is an assistant coach of the lacrosse team. His energy and enthusiasm for what he does inspires us all. s K .
