Senor 0'Neill leads Spanish drill exercises. Practical Application Winchendon's foreign language department attempts to strike a happy medium between the traditional grammatical approach and the more modern con- versational method. The students speak the foreign language as much as possible in the classroom. In the advanced classes, conversation and exercises are supplemented by selected texts from various authors who graphically portray their countries' people and customs.
