Filing into the dining room, we are greeted by the be- witching odors of the chefs, latest culinary achievements. 'Twixt grunts of Hone egg, please and 'gjust some toastf, the ear detects a few corn- plaints about a lack of sleep or an unfinished as- signment which must be done before First period. The sun, climbing slowly in the heavens, portends another day of academic toil, the dawn of new ideas, illumination and progress. Vitally signifi- cant in Winchendon's academic program is the school policy which limits class size to 5 pupils and the teacher-pupil ratio to 1 14. alding the start of a new day.
