There he attended' a week-longffSpace Camp to train like the astronauts of NASA! 'l X . -1 After 'ag tour of the world s largest Space and Rocket Museumf Aarongiiias given a :series of tests to determine his best suited position in the spacev program. After. positions were assigned students were divided into smallerjgroups. for the vigorous day ahead. Day 1 2 and 3 werelspent training for idjiefactivitieseof the assigned positions. During the training process Aaron received hand outs experienced weightlessness talked to giiestgfffkspeakers and visited space centers and laboratories. f t' L 2 ii'r L , ., . , On day 4 a simulated spacetniission wasffconducted. During this procedure each student received a fliglitgsuit andcarried outfthe duties of his or her position. Afterwards therelivas a 'debriefing to determine the mission s success. ' Finally a graduation ceremony took place. Parents were in- vited to attend the ceremony and watch as awards were presented to outstanding students. e A The price of the camp varies with the studentsgage but ,. .averages out to be 3450. This includes meals lodging 'iil' c lothing V l'll'i ii nd educational materials. After completing the program Aaron feelsttherprice is vvellyvorth the experience.
