In the fall of 1954 fifty three boys and girls entered their first year of lugh school to become Freshmen With the help of our sponsors Mrs Rrggle and Miss Miller, we chose the following class officers President, Dick Fawcett Vice President, Raymond Fitch Secretary, Helen Henrie and I-hstorran, Eliza beth Gabbert We chose scarlet and gray as our class colors and the variegated carnation as our class flower Ir1 1955 the maJor1ty of us became Sophomores Mrs Hammett was our sponsor Our officers for this year were the following President Elizabeth Gabbert Vice President Raymond Fitch Secretary, Delores Burton Treasurer Willadene Schreckengost and Hlstorian, Carolyn Uhl In 1956, we were proud Juniors with Mr Palmer as our sponsor We elec Secretary, Delores Burton and Historian Kathryn Casto Linda Leach and Suzanne Huggins, Barbara Duty and Lonnie Shields for Student Council Repre sentatrves, and Helen Henrie and Ronn1e Lewis for Clarion reporters Our Senior year opened with thirty seven of the orrginal number, under the supervision of Mr Palmer The class electron resulted with President George Bateman Vice President Raymond Fitch Secretary Helen Henrie Treasurer Delores Burton Our activities which have been completed are bake sales paper drives sock hops, candy sales and a doughnut sale Tlurty seven Seniors shall carry with them forever the memories of those glorious days in Williamstown High School I ' . - . . . . . , ' . . . . . : . .
