In the first year Miss Dunning teaches the students fundamentals which they apply dur- ing the second year in working on textile designing block-printing basketry, hooked rugs designing lamp shades elementary book binding and modeling. I'he third and fourth years are devoted to advanced training in the application of art to every-day life. lhe entire course is developed on the study of line spacing, and proportion use of light and dark values in composition application of harmonies, designing perspective figure construction costume designing interior decorating, poster work and out-door sketching, plus some art history.
