Happiness Is Homecoming It's Homecoming week, the theme is Happiness and there are smiles from wall to wall. The week is full of fun and reunion. Alumni have the opportunity to come visit their old high school and reminisce about the good ole days . The Viking football team kicked off Homecoming night with a 20-0 defeat over the Joseph City Wildcats. The game started slow, but after the half-time show, the Vikes got moving and scored two touchdowns in the third quarter. The fourth quarter came with another T-D. The final count-down brought rain, hail, and victory for the mighty Vikings. The half-time show high-light was the announcement of the king and queen. Royalty strolled on the field, received flowers, and posed for pictures while the marching band played a few tunes. The band and royalty proceeded off the field while the cheer squad danced up a storm to Maniac . Special awards were presented to the oldest alumni, sweetheart alumni, and the class competition winners (Seniors). Orange and black balloons sailed high in to the sky for the finale of the Half-time show. (l)lst attendants:T. Gran-them T. Hoffman.(2)2nd attendants:B. Craig E.
