He has inspired us to respect all that is connected with Taft. He has aroused the spirit of cooperation in us and has taught us that the fruit of cooperation is quality. Hlhen you were sad, he was sad with you. Vilhen you were happy, he was even happier. He was a great teacher. lle helped us under- stand the meaning of our American democracy. Wle have learned from him that education is the priceless heritage embodied in the concept of equal rights for all men. This true lover of humanity taught us the guiding principles of human freedom handed down to us by our founding fathers. VVC speak, of course, of our beloved teacher, Nr. Abraham L. Vililhert.
