Body Dyna- mics was only one of the popular physical educa- tion classes that were offered. Yolanda Dave Gail Whittamore Hayden Bower ENGLISH Taft's English Department, under the direction of Mr. Herman Jay, offered new ways to make Eng- lish more enjoyable for both the students and the teachers. For a change of pace, students watch many video-tapes and films that are used to sup- plement the excellent courses available. After viewing the films, the students were usually asked to write a composition on what they saw.
