Foreword As we reluctantly bring down the curtain on another gala show of events, We think especially of the fond days we spent under the A.H.S. big top. In this treasure album, we, the Camus staff of 1954, have endeavored not only to portray the graduates but also through the eye of the camera to present the main acts and side shows. By these pictures We hope to recall to forgetful minds the work we did and the fun we had here. Thus we sincerely hope this book will in years to come rekindle the dormant love and loyalty for our dear Alma Mater, so that the galaxy of golden mellowed memories we have now, will never die. Before the dust of time has settled on the cover, we hope that Comm 1954 will have formed a never-breaking tightrope between the Allentown High School we love and the world it has prepared us to conquer. We are sobered when we realize that very soon we will join the long line of A.H.S. descend- ents. As our contribution to the traditions of Allentown High School, we leave this volume. THE EDITOR
