CRWSTUMFR 15,1j10y,f,,,Chi,if l!14sfm's: .lI!Z7Hl.QI'I' The 1928 Comus N June, l927, a staff, consisting of students of the class of l928, was selected to compose the three A. H. S. publications. The first, The Blue Book, which made its appearance the first day of school, is a guide book of the school: the second, The Canary and Blue, is a monthly magazine, which after difficulty made its regular appearanceg the last, THE COMUS, the yearbook, which features the graduating class, is beyond doubt the greatest. The staff hopes that this book, which you are now reading, puts THE COMUS closer to a point, though never reached, called perfection. At least, we hope it is a Finer COMUS, for it is a product of untiring effort and sacrifice by the staff and their most capable faculty advisers. The publishing of this COMUS involves a financial transaction of almost thirty-five hundred dollars. The greater part of this is required for the printing. The remainder is used for the completion of this book. The con- tracts for this work were assigned last june. The printing contract was awarded to Berkemeyer. Keck 8: Co., of Allentown: the engraving to the Northern Engraving Co., Canton, Ohio, while the less important ones were awarded to other firms of our own city. We trust that you appre- ciate their fine work. JK, ..t. , . if-A A-f..1,,.i--1 fan ,qs 'f'1.i'ff' 'Wfffi-at SSH U-Qgrf . Iii. fy.-Lt.--. 2 16332 1 Mia' 32 '1 fP. i' ilk '.
