STUDENT GOVERNMENT The Council and Senate have striven to measure up to their re- sponsibilities. They stabilized the cleanup spirit, guided Willard ' s Junior Red Cross efforts, played an efficient part in the sugar ration- ing registration, and intensified the spirit of loyalty and cooperation in the student assemblies which they sponsored.
