REM it FGREWORD The past year has been one of ad- vancement for the Wilkinsburg school system in the challenging new field of television. WQED, the Pittsburgh edu- cational television station, has proved without a doubt that television is not merely a means of supplying the nation with entertainment, but that it can also be an important factor in raising the standard of public education. We, the students of Wilkinsburg High School, are proud to have been a part of this exciting adventure, thus we have chosen TV as the theme of our book. Through the eye of the camera we shall record our progress-the things we have learned, the fun we have had, the friends we have made.
