Mr. Bishop is the Guidance Counselor. In his office he maintains up-to-date college bulletins and catalogs to aid all students in select- ing their place of higher education. She is an excellent counselor. She is also sponsor of the Senior Counselors and is doing al wonderful job of directing the efforts of the girls. -9-

Thank you. Dr. Potter. The W'illtinsburg Sthool Board. tomposed of nine members, represents the third largest com- munity in Allegheny County, and twentyffourth largest in the State of Pennsylvania. They have the tremendous responsibility of establishing the poliey for the provision of the :xcellent educational pro- gram which prevails in this good community. The operation budget for this school year of Sl,-ll',lAlO is indicative of the great cost of educa- tion and this responsibility places upon the Board and the Administration important duties in exe' cuting the many needs for the students of this district. These men are to be congratulated for a job well done.
