Q I 6 SAILOR OF THE WEEK MONTH The Sailor of the Week is chosen by the CPO Review Board and the Department Heads, from crew members who are second class or below and who perpetuate the ideals of an outstanding WILHOITE sailor. His personal traits considered are, military behavior, personal appearance, work above and beyond the callof duty, military bearing, competence, conduct ashore, willing spirit, attitude, and responsiveness. The Sailor of the Month is chosen by the Commanding Officer from the Sailors of the Week for that Month. He receives a S25 Savings Bond.
