I TifE ISLANDER Wildwood High School September 1986 - June 1987 Mrs. Christine Del Conte is a dedicated teacher whom we respect and admire. We know her well both as teacher and friend. Mrs. Del Conte has taught at Wildwood High School for 8 years. During that time, she has untiringly worked in the best interests of her students. In addition to teaching Spanish, Mrs. Del Conte has enriched the lives of many students as a guide on trips to Spain. She currently is one of the initiators of the Gifted and Talented program. For 6 years, she served as Advisor to our Islander Yearbook Staff. The Islander proudly, and with affection, dedicates the 1986-87 edition of our Yearbook to Mrs. Christine Del Conte. I commend and congratulate each and every one of you in the class of 1987. This yearbook is part of your legacy, repre- senting the culmination of successes, ups and downs, and ultimate achievement in arriving at your goal — graduation from high school. It is my sincere hope that the time you spent at Wildwood High School has been pleasant and constructive — filled with knowledge and preparation for continued learn- ing. You have an education that will serve you well, if you keep a positive outlook and attitude in the future. May the memories within the pages of this yearbook serve you in the future when you turn your thoughts back to your days at Wildwood High. On behalf of the faculty and administration, I wish you health, happiness, and success. Ernest Harper Principal Congratulations to the class of 1987.
