e u p i t t K t G K A e K e The New” Superintendent Mr. Nicholas P. Karamessinis, 41, was appointed Superintendent of Schools in September, 1970, replacing the retiring Mr. A. E. Tedesco. He comes to Wildwood from positions as Assist- ant Superintendent, Principal and Director of Per- sonnel in North Jersey schools. Mr. Karamessinis has his undergraduate degree from Oswego State Teachers College, Master’s De- grees from Queens College and Hofstra University and most of his Doctorate completed at New York University. Change is threatening. We become accustomed to a pattern of life, a set of behaviors or beliefs, and look askance at anything different. Yet change” is the story of my time, as it will be of yours. The inner city, race, war, student unrest and pol- lution are problems of our society begging for pos- itive action and change.” Can you handle it?
