The pep band plays during thehalves of all home games and lends spirit to our pep meetings. Cake walks are a popular money-making scheme for the various classes, and we all enjoy the informal dances held after Friday night home games, which were sponsored this year by the cheerleaders.

The baseball letter is awarded to boys who have played nine innings of ball. It is an honor to belong to the Letter Club because the letter a boy receives represents his skill as an athlete and the many hours of practice he puts 1n to achieve that skill The activities of the Letter Club this year included sponsoring the an nual basketball game with the alumni and the dance that followed, selling tickets on a deer rifle, and selling necessary Phy. ed.equ1pment to the boys here at school.
