ROGERS B A 1 SPEECH To express one's self properly is of primary importance to all in our day and time. In WFSH there are outstanding departments designed for that very purpose of proper expres- sion. The Department of Speech has put forth much effort and time to bring honor and distinction to our school. The National Forensic League is composed of the advanced students in debate, declamation, extemporan- eous speaking and other forms of speaking competition. The National Thespian Society is the drama section of the speech department. A student wishing to make a career of drama first becomes a member of the Ama- teur Guild and then advances to the National Thespian Society. Depart- ments to satisfy the needs of those interested in radio and television or stagecraft are also available.
