JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CHORUS
Junior High Chorus is a preparatory
singing group for the Senior Chorus.
This year the Junior High mixed chorus,
a combination of seventh, eight, and
ninth graders, performed in a Christ-
mas Program, a late Winter Concert anda
Spring Concert. Participation in the
All-State Concert and the County Chorus
included some of the chorus members.
This year the Senior Chorus under the
new leadership of Miss George, is ven-
turing into new and diversified activi-
ties. The first event which the chorus
sang in was the dedication of the new
Senior High School Building. During
the Christmas season, the chorus did
some caroling in Whitney Point and sang
carols at the Christmas program. Also
the chorus took part in a grade school
Christmas play. A performance in the
spring and an exchange concert with the
Chenango Forks Senior High School com-
pleted plans for the year.
