Q S Q N N E Roy saw the first light of day in West Cata- S Q sauqua, where he attended the public schools E S and acquired an elementary education. At 5 3 High School, he showed a marked liking for E 1 E X - X E mathematics and French. When Roy entered E S High School, he became one of the popular E S members of the class, always willing to take E 5 para in all school activities and he likewise was a 2 X X Q goo sport. Q Q Although he has never been on any athletic E . . After some moving about he landed in Cementon, where he attended the grade schools He then entered Whitehall with the class of 28. When he first entered High School he was very bashfulg but the opposite sex cured him of this. He was very popular with his classmates, and a good athlete. oe was a varsity player on both the basket- ball and the baseball teams. ln his last year as a varsity player on the basketball team he was elected captain and showed his friends that l-le has the reputation of having attended every class party He was very attentive to a certain classmate which was the motive for his attending all the social affairs. oe always applied himself to his studies and was classed among the real students, and we feel confident that by continued application he will meet with success in his future attempts. When there is a noise in the room, you can imagine it is Fanny talking or giggling This maiden hails from Fullerton She received her education in the elementary grades of her home town and then came to Whitehall to finish her course. When she entered White hall, she was very bashful, especially as regarded the opposite sex? ? ? But we can scarcely say Fanny has taken quite an interest in school affairs. A smile, a flash of brilliant color, a pleasant voice,-and we have described Reba to a HT. Our class feels indebted to Egypt for endowing us with such a personality. When we meet a person who never has enough to do and yet is always up-to-date in her work, and still has time to take part in high school activities, as basket- ball, in which she is our star center: then you may well say that you have met a personality- and just such a girl is Reba. She has proven herself to be an accomplished orator, winning second prize in the oratorical contest. Reba intends to spend the next four years at West Chester, where she will continue her studies in preparation for the teaching' of music in the public schools. We wish you luck and plenty of it.
