As a former graduate of White Plains, she went on to become an outstanding teacher. But, she didn't stop there! She became sponsor of the Beta Club, started teaching Advanced English, and most recently was involved with helping the Scholar's Bowl team. She is a great inspiration who is truly appreciated by all. We Love You! Wildcat Staff THE DATE IS JUNE 4, 2007. IT HAS NOW BEEN 20 YEARS EXACTLY SINCE THE CLASS OF 1987 HAS GRADUATED. CLAY BURT has become the latest sex symbol and is a model in Hollywood. Since marrying, the first lady KRYSTAL REID has become the owner of the Bridal Shoppe and Krystal Hamburgers. JOEL COBB and ROGER COBB are still going camping on weekends. During the week they work on their tobacco farm. RUSSELL HENSON has just made his first film with his leading lady being Brooke Shields. MIKE GARMON has been going to night school and is now teaching a course at W.P. called 1001 ways to lie with a straight face. KEITH WILSON and GLORIA BUSBY now have a morning radio talk show called “American Soul.” JANET HOLLINGSWORTH has become the head coach of the Atlanta Hawks and has won the NBA title four years in a row. SHARON ANDERSON finally got married and now runs a day care center in White Plains. LORA ANDERSON has become a gospel singer and is on tour in England. BRIDGET HEADRICK finally married Scott and together they are the leading stars on Dynasty. BETTY AMOS is now assistant manager for the New Orleans Jazz and still insists on team work.” SCOTT BROWN is the new football coach at WPHS, his record after one season is 13-0. BRYAN McLAIN and SAMMY BROOKS are in the spotlight for their song writing. CLAY WAITE has replaced Robert Whitehead as principal at WP and hasn't fallen out of a tree yet. RONALD FINCH now owns the Show Palace where RAY DOSS is the comedian on weekends. TIM GAINES is now a professional cow milker. After practice, we were taken back to our buses, which were across campus. We dressed, marched into the stadium, got into position, and played The Star-Spangled Ban- ner. The rest of the day was spent watching the football game and roasting in the sun. 58 59 First Row: Krystal Reid, Kerry Hyatt, Kelli Jones, Gina Vaughn. Sharon Anderson, Robb Hicks, Tommy Rayfield. Members of FBLA learn how to engage in individual and group business enter- prises; how to hold office and direct the affairs of the group; how to work with representatives of other student organizations; and how to compete honorably with their colleagues on the local, state and national levels. FBLA provides an opportunity for travel to state and national leadership conferences, visits to other chapters and to business industrial enterprises; and close contact with successful businessmen and women. One of the major objectives of FBLA is to develop self- confidence and strong, aggressive business leaders so that these future businessmen and women may participate more ac- tively in the business and community life of which they are soon to be a part of. FBLA also serves as an effective means of bring- ing students together to deal with vocational preparation, na- tional problems, community improvement and worthwhile rela- tionships with local, state, and national groups interested in the welfare of youth. 60 First Row: Krystal Reid.
