OC DIVISICN OC 'Division is partly manned by Radiomen who operate the radio communications systems that make Navy teamwork possible. RM's operate radioteiephones and teletypes, and prepare messages for the Navy communication system as well as international, domestic and commercial telegraph. The rest of OC Division is made up of Signalmen QSIW. They serve as lookouts, send and receive ' messages by flashing light or flag signals, and identify unknown shipping for intelli e ' ' g nce gathering purposes.
