In May 1977 Commander Holder was ordered to the U.S. Naval Academy for duty on the staff of the Commandant of Mrdshmmen, During his following assignment at the Air War College at Maxwell Air Force 33:8 Montgome , Al. ba ' ' ' ' ry 1 ma, he received a Master s of Science degree in Personnel Counseling from Troy 3 University.
