LEADERSHIP Able and consistent leadership, the es- sential ingredient in the success of any enterprise, is an infinitely more integral component in the educational process, whose most valued end product is the leadership potential it nurtures in its charges, tomorrow ' s citizens. Without the guiding, steadying influence of ad- ministrators dedicated to the develop- ment of intellectual, moral, and physi- cal strength and resource for our God and our country, no high school, re- gardless of the talent of its faculty or the scope of its physical plant, can long maintain its true course.
