Senior Marietta Hunt Cheerleading has been a big part of Marietta's school years. She was a Junior-Varsity cheerleader for two years and has been a member of the Varsity Cheerleading squad for three years. This year she is the Co-captain of the State Champion squad. She has played Volleyball for three years also. She is presently a member of the Art Club, and also selected for Who's Who Among American High School students. Marietta is planning to go to the University of South Alabama to major in Psychology. Cathy Crumly Cathy has been very involved in Wetumpka High activities. During the past four years, she has been a member of the Beta Club, NHS, Annual Staff and Science Club. She has been a past President of the Beta Club, Vice-President of Science Club, and is presently serving as Senior Class President. Aside from being chosen Miss Homecoming, she is also a Senior Beauty and a member of the Varsity Cheerleaders. This is Cathy's fourth year as a Class Favorite. 114 Centell Jackson Centell has been involved in WHS basketball for four years, and this year he serves as Co-captain of the Varsity. Terry Jones Terry has been a member of the Varsity Basketball team for three years. His plans for the future are to attend Alabama State University majoring in Art. In band, Susie is a former member of the Flag Corp and serves as Co-captain of the Majorettes in her second year on that Corp. During concert season she plays the flute. He has lettered in Varsity football for three years playing defensive end and offensive guard. He was recently selected as a part of the All-County football team. Jackie Bush A member of the band for five years, Jackie has been a Flag and currently serves as Drum Major. She is a member of i Beta, Science Club, and serves as SGA Reporter. She is a Senior Beauty and Who's Who in American High Schools. She plans to major in engineering at Auburn. Favorites Tim Lawrence Larry Lar as Tim is better known is a member of the Beta Club and the Varsity Football team. He has worn 1180 and played defensive end for three years. He was rewarded for his efforts by being selected for the All-County team this year. He is presently serving as Senior Class Treasurer. He plans to attend Auburn University and major in Accounting. Romona Henderson Mona has been a Varsity Cheerleader for two years and a Class Favorite since eighth grade. She was Treasurer of the Freshman Class and a member of SGA for four years. This year she is in the VICA Club and Typing Experte'. She is a Class Beauty and was Senior Homecoming Attendant. She enjoys singing, dancing, and playing softball in her spare time.
