Future Business Leaders of America The Future Business Leaders of America is the national organization for students in high school institutions enrolled in business programs. The activities of the FBLA provide an opportunity for business students to prepare for business and office occupations. Robin Spivey Alabama FBLA President Robyn Spivey was elected State President of FBLA at the State Convention in Birmingham, May 5, 1984.
