They put out our yearly Chipmunk and pub- lish a weekly paper, The Lumberjack , for the school. As this class also counts as English this year, they have other assigned work, too. The Girls Athletic Association is an extreme- ly active group of girls consisting of most of the girls in the school. They have many money mak- ing projects so the students that earned them can get their blocks, letters, etc. These girls do such things as challenge other schools' girls to games and they support our boys team a lot. They sent many boxes of things to our boys in Viet Nam so they may have a happier Christmas. The boxes were filled with such things as candy, soap, toothpaste, fudge, cookies, etc. This group of girls are to be greatly commended for their wonderful job!
