EDGAR C. FORD The CHIEFT AIN staff has selected Coach Edgar Mutt Ford to be dedicatee of Westwood High's first yearbook. Coach F ord's efforts have been instrumental in building Mesa's reputation for fine athletic teams. The Gray Fox has been with the Mesa school system, since 1945, and has compiled one of the outstanding prep football records in the nation. This year, he guided the Warrior football squad through an undefeated season. The CHIE FTAIN is proud to dedicate its first edi- tion to the man who has contributed so much to the character and morale of West- wood High through participation in, and support of high school athletics.
